- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆June 16, 2019, by Eric HarlacherMy wife walked in on 11/18/17 and asked for "Helium balloons for tomorrow". They sold her the balloons, which proceeded to all deflate overnight. She went back this morning (day of the party) and asked for replacements, which was refused, because my wife "didn't ask for the correct type". She asked for balloons that would last a day, you SOLD her the wrong ones. No refund was offered or given, and she had to pay again. Screw this place.
